Favourite of CoCo Chanel, Grace Kelly, Oscar Wilde and Lily Langtry.This is the Pouring Champagne in the Royal Opera house and who can blame them with the fruit such as white peaches on the palate. Blend of 40% Pinot Noir, 35% Pinot Meunier, 25% Chardonnay. Grand Brut shows a fine, consistent bead of bubbles, that release deliciously floral, slightly honeyed fruit aromas. Simply glorious. Located to the North above Saint emillion the hilltop of Saint georges and is know for the excellence of its wine. 80% Merlot and 20% Cabernet Franc, is fermented in classical fashion before laying for 18 months in a combination of new and old oak barrels. A winner of Gold medal at Concours Generale de Paris this is an elegant wine of distinction. Perfect for a special sunday roast beef it has character that gives dimensio to beef or cheese and reflects back into its finish the complexities of meat and cheese spices. Good fruit with caramel , fig and orange blossom flavours. Malvasia and Trebbiano grapes dried in ventilated rooms for about 2 months. The wine is fermented in French oak and then further aged in small oak casks for 3 years prior to blending and bottling.Available also in half cases at only £59.70

Louis-Konstantine Guntrum is passionate about quality in the same way that makes German cars so well respected for their quality and style. Using only riesling grapes to develop a pure example of the Riesling grape at its arometic best. Dont expect a perfumy sweet oily wine, this is beautifully dry and willl refresh your pallet and an appetite into hunger.
